You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account.
You may create only one Free Service Account. Creating multiple free accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all related accounts.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with usage measured in Credits. Each scan, report, or API call deducts the specified number of Credits from your balance.
Credit allowances, renewal periods, and pricing are detailed on the GTrack pricing page and may change from time to time.
Unused Credits do not roll over unless expressly stated.
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all subscription fees, taxes, and related charges.
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the initial charge.
Annual subscriptions and lifetime (LTD) deals may also be canceled within 30 calendar days of the initial charge. We will refund the payment minus any non‑reversible payment‑processor or banking fees incurred in issuing the refund.
After the 30‑day window, fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
You may cancel at any time through the billing settings in your Account. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not grant refunds outside the 30‑day money‑back period.
We offer a Free Service tier designed to help new users evaluate GTrack.
Each new Account receives 1,000 Scan Credits and 1,500 AI Tokens at no cost.
The Free Service remains active until you have used 99% of your 1,000 Scan Credits. Once this threshold is reached, scans and AI features will stop until you upgrade to a paid plan.
The Free Service is limited to one Account per individual or organization. We may suspend or terminate additional accounts created to circumvent this limitation.
We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate access if your usage materially exceeds normal patterns or interferes with the stability of the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and display it for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third‑party rights.
